153159 Traffic Exchange Mods

Hello, I need a few mods done to my traffic exchange website. What I need done is: Members can add more than one site maybe two max. Gold members be able to add up to five websites and the ability to email their downline once a week and offer them credits for viewing the email. I also need a way for members to be able to report a website on the surfbar that's breaking the tos. I would really like the admin area to be laid out better than it is right now. Right now it's really bad to navigate. Maybe some stats on how many pages surfed etc. And is there a way to just have the members show up on a page in admin after they signed up and surfed the min. amount. I hate having to manually go through accounts that don't even surf just to check. Also allow members to add banner in rotation on the site by using their account credits.
