I've an Auction site built on Magento by customizing an existing auction extension. Ideally, it should work as per the attached flowchart. However, it has the following 2 bugs : 1. Product Added Twice when someone clicks on the product name after adding the same product in the cart. 2. Allows a user to buy auction ticket as well as direct purchase both at the same time which is not desirable.
