165837 Project: Project: Import EXCEL

I have a contact list in EXCEL of 1200 or so businesses in a spreadsheet. Data is listed "Businesses Name, Address, Phone, Ect" I need this data imported into my JOOMLA SOBI plug in. I can access the MYPHPADMIN and view the tables but do not know how to enter them. I already paid a programmer here to import, but he could not import the items into the correct categories untill i fixed them on the excel sheet. This has been completed and I need this done asap.
