Hi, I'm a long-time software developer, with more than 7 years of experience in PHP, Java, MySQL, Delphi, MSAccess, SQLite ... I have strong knowledge of mathematics (I went to state competitions in high school, and also studied mathematics during my university studies in Computer Science and Engineering). Are you sure that you selected good language for your project!? If you do not want a website (and just want a web based GUI), I am pretty sure that Python is much better choice, because development in Python is much faster and codes are much more high level and maintainable. I am new to freelancer but you can see how many projects are done here with 100% completion rate and 100% positive reviews. I am too prude in my algorithm understanding skills and ability of understanding and implementing based on technical papers, and have done many such tasks before. I think it is better to have a free test to satisfy you about my abilities of doing such task and show you how fast such tasks can be done in Python. Regards
