e-commerce online store integrated with warehouse inventory system

We are looking for e-commerce online store system integrated with warehouse inventory system. Please read the following requirement and also provide us your price. Thanks. Our current website is [login to view URL] We are now a relatively small company so we do have budget constraints and hopefully if you have done something similar you can modify existing work We would like to be able to have the customer use an interface such as in [login to view URL] / We would have images of all of our fabrics stored in a server The customer can either search for a fabric by either 1. typing in a search engine the customer would type in the type of fabric red fire retardant polyester and all of the images along with the description would be displayed that match that description along with each image there is both price information and details about the fabric It is important that only the fabrics (items) that we have in stock are displayed and we do not display fabrics that are not in stock. That is we need the fabrics displayed to be dynamic and not static we also need to have synonyms since a customer may type fire resistant or fire retardent and we need to have a redirect to fire retardant (we will enter the synonyms) Alternatively we also like the idea of the selecting using the various matches At the Carnegie Fabrics site they can select upholstery/red/sustainable and the fabrics that match the criteria category would be displayed for us we need to be able to let the customer select camouflage acu fire retardant ripstop and the fabric that match that criteria would be displayed. Since we are a stock lot house the fabrics that we have in stock often change and we need to be able to only display the fabrics that we have in stock. Once the fabrics that are displayed the customer should be able to easily click to navigate to the online store and to purchase that fabric and should interface with the online store. Notes the search engine and all of these functions should be on the main page also this should integrate with a warehouse management syestem the data should download from a CSV file (There are two tables we need, one is Product table which should includes style#, style description, color#, color name, unit price, image file, category and specification. The other is Item table which should includes roll#, style#, color#, yard, weight, grade and location) the software should enable us to enter a location code and we should be able to scan the bar codes to create a packing list and when the fabric is shipped we can enter a command to delete those rolls from the inventory also we need to be able to scan current fabrics that are already at our warehouse and the data is not pre-existing. We need to scan the roll and enter the style, color number and yards this can be done either on a scanner but most likely a tablet computer would be easier to use If the software can be associated with a warehouse system that would be excellent, but not necessary Please review this and revert with your questions and comments Also,we would like to see examples of your work in e-commerce thank you
