Move Magento store from a server to another server

I've a Magento store on a server, I want to move it to a new server ASAP. please note below: - For my old server I've only access to Magento control panel, with no access with any ftp or phpmyadmin, so you should be able to export all the data from Magento control panel only. - For the new server, I've full access to phpmyadminl, ftp. - I want this task to be done after max 2 hours once you award this project. - no money in advance or milestones are accepted. - max bid accepted is $30. - don't bid if you have no experience with magento. please read this carefully before you bid and send me a private message including "magento" as a first line in your message to be sure that you read this.
