4 pages on 2 websites need changing must have smarty and php

We need to update contact us and register pages on our web site with verification codes (like on Yahoo/google) to ensure that real people are filling in the forms not BOTS. We estimate someone with good PHP and Smarty skills to take about 3 hours MAXIMUM to complete this work. So we want 2 pages on 2 web sites or a total of 4 pages changed on our sites.
