Customizing Script PHP/MySQL/Smarty

We are looking an serious and experienced coder to **customize** a fully functional script which is currently installed on our server. This project should be easy for experienced MySQL/PHP/Smarty coders. We will choose coder based on his **resume 90% and pricing 10%**. You can see it in action at <[login to view URL]>. Only you know a reasonable timeline at the price you are bidding. Since you are setting the deadline you will be held to it very tightly. If you extend past the deadline your payment will be deducted 10% every 3 days up to 9 days in which the project will be cancelled. By bidding you agree to this. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
