Bank Payments BACS

We need a program that will allow users to setup and send bank payments. We have an existing system for transmission of the payment data, so it just needs to be created in a table to be extracted by another piece of software. Functionality needed. 1. User Login Page 2. User Profile / Name address contact details etc. 3. Setup payment details. Payee Name / Reference / Amount / Date / Bank Account / Sort code When the user has setup the people they wish to pay, they will go into a page where they can either automatially pay each person or amend vary the date and amount. Either for a single payee or globally. Security is very important. HTTPS will be required. RSA Secureid will be used to login to the system. Users must not be able to "break" into the system by browsing to a specific page. The user must be logged out after an inactivity timer. There may be a number of users for each account. i.e. company 1 user 12345... Users will be defined as allowed to View / Create / Edit / Delete / Authorise. Basically this system will be a complete bank payments with all the features of normal bank software + more. It is envisaged that there will be a lot of customisation and extra work required during the development. Please think carefully before bidding. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
