248365 Ad Network - Urgent req

We're currently leasing an ad network software that is lacking in some important capability we require. We have quoted with their developers to integrate what we need. If we can have our own network code developed for us for the same or less that is what were seeking. Without taking a lot of time we're looking for something between the capability or adwords/adsense and adbrite. We want to offer a great online advertising platform to our advertisers and publishers alike. Please note we are an existing network and are only looking for professional, experienced programmers with relevant / live examples of work. The ad network will comprise of four elements front end website, admin, advertisers and publishers. I will cover off common requirements are login and register for both new advertisers and publishers. Advertisers account creation, Ad creation and go live will be an automated process. Publisher account creation will be an automated process, but ads will not be published on site without admin approval. Advertiser Requirements: 1. Fully featured reporting (exportable to excel) 2. Campaign control - setup unlimited campaigns for targeting. 3. Campaign grouping - IE an advertiser may have a campaign group called 'real estate' and have several ads in that group like residential, commercial, rentals, leasing etc. 4. Ad duplication (text ads) - an advertiser with many ads similar can duplicate an ad and make small changes easily. 5. Support for Text Ads, Banner, and media. (publisher will need to be able to select the media format for their site) 6. CPC, CPM, and CPA supported ad campaigns. (again publisher will need to be able to select the type of campaign for his site) 7. Full control over price per click and daily budgets 8. Geo targeting to country. (city if not to $$) 9. Ability for advertisers to select publishing sites they'd like to appear on. Publishers 1. Fully featured reporting (exportable to excel) 2. Multiple ad block sizes ie vertical skyscrapers, horizontal, box, rail, feeds, flexible etc. 3. CPC, CPM and CPA choice for selected ad zone. 4. ability to manage multiple websites from single account. And multiple zones under single website. 5. Ability to create and update ad blocks dynamically 6. ability to exclude URL from ad display. (text ads, ie so a competitor ad cannot display. 7. content matching that works. So a site about travel only displays travel related ads, and fills with not so related ads when non available. 8. ability for publishers to easily match the look and feel of existing site. And the ability to make good look ad code 9. Great looking publisher ads. Look good, but blend as mentioned above with publisher sites. Admin 1. fantastic management capability. 2. great reporting 3. easy administration and performance reporting 4. ability to serve millions of impressions each day on quad core servers. 5. Great network summaries for easy over view. Front end website 1. web 2.0 design 2. Looking for clean style layout, use of vector icons. No corner cutting here. 3. Design front end and back end similar style. 4. needing homepage, and then 3 or 4 content pages and obviously login and register pages for both accounts. + forgot password feature. Other details 1. Need an integrated support ticket system for advertisers and publishers. 2. Needs to be fast loading. Simple web 2 design for back end. Technology Required 1. Ajax/JavaScript 2. PHP 3. Xhtml 4. MySql 5. Css strict for design Anything else just ask. Please note again we are an existing network not a start up. We seek only professional established programmers bid on this project.
