jQuery Design your own sign Plugin for OpenCart

We need an Opencart plugin developed which pretty much does the same as the sign designer on the following site... [login to view URL] Click create a sign at the top I will provide designs to show how we want it to look. The plugin should be fully customisable. It would exist as an extra product layout and should be fully customisable from the backend. If possible, a snapshot of what the customer has designed should carry through to the order description as an image attachment. All code written will become our property. Candidates should provide a brief description/breakdown as to how they will approach the project and how long they expect it to take. Budget is £300. If you can demonstrate aptitude and a willingness to provide an excellent result we would be happy to pay a little more but only after you show us work you have done in the past. I am a developer myself but simply have too little time to approach this with all my effort within a reasonable timescale so please, no time wasters, only bid if you are confident your work will pass the scrutiny of an experienced developer.
