Modify a joomla search form (modify the module/template)

We need someone to finish this site: www.masinadegheata.ro. Overview: The person with the most experience in this type of modifications will modify the joomla template and/or the search_com template to look like shown here. Also he/she have to work fast (3 days I think is enough) because this project have to be finished by 2 October. The pictures used in the new search form will be given in PSD format (every object on it's own layer). Details: modify the [login to view URL] template form the search module to include a transparent png background; modify the form so that it includes a drop down menu with the categories (this piece of code can be copied from another search module); modify the form to include a advance search button. Also if it is possible, to modify the virtuemart module so that the Checkout button to redirect to the contact form as shown.
