Joomla and Wordpress multi site management tool

(mobile app not included in this bid) Installs/purchases: Client needs software to allow for Joomla and Wordpress installs based on purchased template to auto install with inputted information (database, template, extensions, user account set, etc). Management: Client wants to be able to make security updates for Joomla and/or Wordpress. Must be able to manage mass publication of content, user control, and track information. "information" can be determined as the project grows. Long Term: We are looking to have the software developed to have a "reseller" approach and can be downloaded but only functions with a key we provide for security purposes. I can provide more indepth once we select a bit. This will also be a longer term relationship for updates and changes with the software we we expand features and other security changes. Client wants to make sure they can handle large scale installs, large site management and function between wordpress/joomla. Current Joomla security for wordpress. Needs to be able to handle main versions of CMS systems. Please provide FULL details on plan to complete project, estimated price, and if you have any questions or concerns.
