We have a full mockup layout done by previous joomla designers. We need a joomla template made according to that mockup so we can use extension manage to upload it onto more than one joomla web site. All portions of the template must be managed within Joomla features such as menus, side block etc. It has language selection on the template too so the Joomla language feature must work with the two language button selections. If you can do this, please type "show me mockup" and I will provide mockup in PMB. Do not PMB me as it will be ignore if you do not state "show me mockup" Due to bad experience with freelancers, no payment will be made until the template works so if you are 100% sure of success, you have nothing to worry about.
