Joomla Project - xcart Template Work

Hi There, I have a my current website in Xcart(PHP).To add Content management I install joomla on server.I am looking for someone who can finish following work in professionally and on time(Very Important). My current website is www.zever.com.au. Please check the website to get work idea. - I install joomla on [login to view URL] and some custom development are done but it's unfinish project that need to be finish on time. Mainly I would like to have content website with xcart.I will use joomla module to keep content separate from product selling website. - I would like to have similar look and feel of my website on joomla with similar navigation and session continuation between two [login to view URL] and feel work are almost done but session work need to be done. - Minor joomla templates work. - 2-3 minor work on xcart templates.
