xHTML coding of web-site, Design / Layout of Sub-Pages and need CMS(repost)(repost)

Hello, I am working on a web-site and the front-page design is almost finished and the coding has started. I am looking for a web-programmer who also has some design abilities. The chosen coder will work in real-time as we develop the rest of the site. The coder will work until the site is finished, giving careful attention to pixel position. All elements of the site will be carefully positioned and coded to be cross-browser compatible. Need someone who is thrilled with web-design, passion for details. I will provide mock-ups to help explain ideas and need someone who can take the mock-up and complete the job but who also has their own ideas and can offer suggestions for design/layout. ## Deliverables What needs to be completed. 1. Finish the front page XHTML/CSS a) adding the footer b) adding the rest of the procedures c) design the news module d) minor revisions/position/icons 2. Sub-Page Template Coded 3. Procedure Template Coded (This is a clinic web-site and there are multiple procedures). 4. Category Web Pages Coded III Main sections (Day Hospital, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology). each having their own page. 5. Team Page - Information about the clinics team. 6. Page for Doctors - Each doctor has a formatted page which highlights their. We want to integrate a BLOG for one of the doctors so maybe use Word Press and get it working in a sub-folder, with a link from the doctors page. Possible to add a link from the front page. 7. MENU The menu will need to work in a drop-down way with multiple sub-menu levels. Examples will be shown to coders. Will need to embed a custom-font face for the current menu as it is html rendered. Multiple inner pages such as Contact Forms, Positioning Images and Text in a clean layout inside of the sub-pages. We need a CMS to add and control the different pages. Front page will display some News, we also need an Archive page for all of the news and CMS to add news, edit news, etc. Procedure CMS, to manage all of the procedure Pages. Contact Form that will store users name and e-mail in database for future mailing purposes. Search Page function and search results page. This should be a search box we will add in the front page which uses XML and AJAX to auto-complete and also recommend some of the web-sites key words (procedures, specialties, etc). Chosen coder needs to be an expert in Xhtml, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, PHP, MySQL. An Individual (Not a company) who is committed to excellent, long-term business relationship with a growing design studio. We want to add interactive features and some nice effects. The coder will work in REAL TIME with me so I need someone available for the next 2 WEEKS, 5 hours a day on MSN until we complete this site per my partners requirements.
