181423 Web Form with Address Finder

I need a booking form the same as [login to view URL] Features that are required, Instal file so that I can install in different directories and change the email that data is sent to and price charged per booking and the paypal account payment will be sent. Address finder is the main feature that i need this form to do. Country - this will be UK Only Enter UK postcode and find address, for example PL1 1HB would find Royal Parade in Plymouth Devon and display this in the form, store on database and email when submitted and paypal payment is made. I need this to calculate number of orders submited to make the payment at the end, so I need the add order, clear order, make another order and make payment function. Package details should show upto Length = 120 (select 5,10,15 etc) Width = 60 (5,10,15) Height = 60 (5,10,15) Weight = 31.5 (5,10,15,20,25,31.5) Contents same as Parcel value same as Payment for this project will be by paypal, please let me know you accept these payment terms 30% to start and 70% on completion of working sample.
