Small Modification for ClassiPress WordPress website

This is a very small project that we need complete within 24 hours. We need you to adjust the Boost Up feature and create a All Ads tab on the homepage, see attached: EXCERPT FROM SCREENSHOT Ads show from newest to old. Users post an ad which gets listed under all ads or "Just Listed" at the very top of the listings on the home page. As more ads get listed, their ad will get bumped lower and lower. Bump or "Boost Up" feature allows the user to pay a small amount to have their ad bumped to the very top of the Just Listed tab. the tab "Just listed" = Lists All Ads the feature "Boost Up" = Bumping Use: Bob posts an ad on Its A Steal. A week later, other posts have lowered his ranking and his ad is not seen on the homepage "Just Listed" anymore. He clicks Boost Up in the dashboard, pays a minimal fee, and his ad gets bumped to the very top of the list again. Two days later, his ad is at the bottom again, so he repeats the Boost Up for his ad and is once more at the very top of the list. Additional criteria: There is no limit to how many times you can Boost Up your ad (each transaction will be charged same amount). Selecting Boost Up does not extend your ad's life, ads will expire when time runs out (I've set it ad-expiry to 60 days, see: CP Admin Panel > Settings > Listings > Ad Listing Period)
