Professional interactive website needed

Due to unsatisfactory work from another freelancer company this project is being reposted. My website will be a membership website holding lots of video. I will need the following: Fancy front page A few other pages that look similar to the front page albeit with different content (About, Contact page with email form, etc) Membership integration into website (Amember system is already set up!). Login/Logout fields on the pages Possibly some graphic work done for a couple of the pages Navigation bars will be needed at the top, and possibly smaller ones at the bottom. Special page for video content for members. The flash player I use is Wimpy Rave and it will be emdedded on this page. Has to look nice and easy to navigate the premium content. The pages must be in php/html or similar. No wordpress. You also MUST be a very professional company. I must be able to communicate with you by telephone, or by skype. I have to be meticulous about the design and make sure everything is perfect due to losing money on the last round I had with a freelancer. Do your job well and all will be ok. Please show me some of your best work and if I like what I see, we'll go from there and more details will be given.
