Photo Gallery Edit

I'm once again putting a feeler out here for quotes. I appologize for this. I'm trying to find the most cost effective way to get what I want. I've spent a ton of money on things that are just not working. Would it be possible to create a plugin for Coppermine/Gallery or even PhotoPost that would allow a side by side photo competition. I'm thinking that maybe the random picture generators could be modified to show 2 random pictures side by side. Most of these galleries come with rating systems. So could the rating system that came with the software be used? All I really need is to have 2 pictures show up. The user picks which photo they like the best, results show up how the photo has been judged by others (example, this photo has been in 10 battles, won 9 times lost 1), then another set of random photo's come up for voting. Now the random photo's would have to be category (album) specific, and be able to run in multiple categories (albums) at one time. Then I would need to have something that would show the top photo's per category (album) Possible to do?
