need this map with mouse-over info displayed - simple script

Do not bid over $30-$40 as I'm on a limited budget with regular work coming. I need to do the same thing with a map of the united states, and only 13 of the states will need some info displayed when moused-over. which states that will need a mouse-over box Massachusetts Washington Oregon California Illinois Virginia Pennsylvania New York New Jersey Maryland Nevada Texas Connecticut NO FLASH pls - I need our map of the USA to be editable via script so we can change the mouse-over data provided in the box when moused-over. check out these USA maps - that way there is no graphic work, just coding to allow me to provide you with 6-8 states and some info that will need to appear in a box when moused-over that state.
