Joomla expert needed to clone an PHP/Java Script based form

This is a very small joomla/php/JavaScript based project. It requires cloning of an order form identical in this url: [login to view URL] We are using a Joomla Component called RS Forms Pro. RS form pro has a paypal plugin which we'd like to have integrated by the submit button just so user pays as the form is submitted. Coupon code: We'd like to occasionally apply % based or $ based discounts. That needs to be integrated in the form. In the discount coupon option. Based on the coupon code the final price should be computed.
