Fix word count and add date and time on a counter

Ok here is the project. I have uploaded the files. Two things need to be done. Volunteer page 1. Admin needs to have unlimited amount of words in his profile and the rest of the volunteers should change word limit we have from 88 to now 100. This is the part that says " WHY I AM A VOLUNTEER?" When users log in to their profile the message should read 100 limit while admin should say unlimited. 2. In main page at the bottom were we put the counter we need to put a message that shows when was the last time the counter was updated. To show time and date. I have put a picture in t he rar file so you can see. Recap: Volunteers page. Switch admin profile from only having 88 word count to unlimited also replace 88 to unlimited for admin side. Rest of volunteers only switch word count from 88 to 100. Counter have a message that shows the last time the counter was updated time and date. Note: Admin is Volunteer ID 9 from database if this is even needed. Thank you my friend.
