Custom php/mysql script needs edits, new notifications sent

Looking for someone to start immediately. Would like 2 functions changed on a notification (lead management site) 1. Currently when an "Agent" receives a lead (it is emailed to them) he/she has 6 hours to login to their account and set next contact date to update lead otherwise the lead is removed from their account and passed to next agent. EDIT: 6 hours not necessary to set next contact date. Instead Agent has to update the lead within 24 hours of accepting the lead. After 24 hours (if no update) their lead is turned yellow. At 48 hours if lead is still not updated the lead is turned red - Notification email is sent to the Agent and Admin regarding the delinquent lead. Screenshots with additional info attached. 2. Currently only in the Admin the color changes for the lead. Edit: When the lead turns yellow or red it also needs to happen in the Agent's account. Screenshot with additional info attached.
