Clan Site Admin System

Hey, I have a clan site at [login to view URL] as you can see the template looks nice but i have no admin system, thats were you guys come in. Im looking for someone to make me a complex admin system. A website called [login to view URL] has teh admin system i want, it is completely custom. So thats were if possible i would liek someone to design me an admin system like [login to view URL] Take alook around there site. My admin system must have these basic features: Member Login Built in forums Structure system Multi division selecter members have a private messenging system A system that places a member into like regiments etc A staff system Alert gifs Built in polls Built in content manager News selecter Basically plz if i can get a system like [login to view URL] I understand there is a bit of work involved but it shouldnt be too hard to do forall you experianced people out tehre ;)
