Art Poster Framing Clone

Hi everyone, You have all most likely seen online art and poster sites that allow you to choose a poster, select a wall background, select a frame, select a mat, and select the glass you want.? Seeing how the poster looks in a frame on a wall is powerful.? Examples include art dot com, allposters dot com to name a few. Yes, we want this online framing functionality for our site as well. Our site uses CRELoaded as a shopping cart, a sibling of OSCommerce.? The new custom framing site should be able to fully integrate with our CRELoaded cart, which is currently set up, has data, but is not selling to the public yet, so you can test on the online server. We actually enjoy the easy functionality of this site as a basis for our new framing function: shop for art dot com. Here is a list of what the custom framing pages should be able to do: ## Deliverables 1. Allow a user to be able to click a button such as "Custom frame it", "See it on Canvas", "See it Plak Mounted", "See it Laminated" and have the ability to add other options in the future. 2. Once on the new page (not a popup window), be able to select from options: Custom Framing, Canvas Transfer, Plak Mount, Laminate, etc. 3. Be able to choose the backgound color of the wall behind the poster, white is default.? An add to cart button, add to my wishlist/gallery (tied into CREloaded customer database), email link to friend function, and price would be displayed. 4. If custom framing is selected, have the ability to see the poster cropped or not cropped, see the selected molding around the poster and off to the side in more detail, ability to choose up to 3 mats (with various size like 1 inch, 2 inch, 3 inch etc.), and 3 or 4 glass options.? Molding images will be provided, however, if you have access to professional molding images and codes is a plus.? Have a look at the site example mentioned above for details. 5. If Canvas Transfer is selected, have the ability to see the poster cropped or not cropped to image, have 8 different choices of canvas transfer such as Black Edge, White Edge, Stapled Edge, Wrap Around Edge etc which when selected, changes the way the poster looks.? All the pricing for these options are already available in a database for the size of print etc.? It should also have the ability to add a frame to the canvas transfer, minus the mat and glass in choice 4. 6. If Plak Mount is selected, have the ability to see the poster cropped or not cropped to image, have 6 different choices of Plak Mounts such as Plak Mount, Flush Mount, Float Mount, Plak Mount Matted etc.? All the pricing for these options are already available in a database for the size of print etc.? It should also have the ability to choose a mat color for the Matted choices ([login to view URL] Mount Matted).? I will give a specific site example to follow for these options. 7. If Laminate is selected, have the ability to see the poster cropped or not cropped to image. 8. Obviously we will want the ability to add, edit moldings etc in the future, and change prices. 9. It would be a plus if you have designed something like this in the past, but not a necessity.? Any projects of similar nature should be highlighted in your bid.
