Need math and Java/Python/PHP savvy researcher to review the following PDF document, and summarize the highlights of the article. In particular, I'm looking for the sections that contain the most useful and important information, in your opinion. [login to view URL] Goal: With the answer, I expect to know exactly how one would implement the math behind the calculations contained in the article, in Java or Python or PHP. Note that I do not need the entire application built. I've got the web front end / database backend done. I'm looking for help building a web of trust algorithm. I have a news site where people will comment on current events. The collection of news articles, posting of news articles, and posting of comments is complete. The web of trust is not. The end result will be something very similar to the way [login to view URL] has implemented its web of trust via a moderation/karma point system. This works to keep stupid comments out of view of the user. In other words, everyone, can post a comment, but stupid, foul, bogus type comments are moderated down and not displayed depending on a threshold rating. In conclusion I expect the following: 1) Summary of article, highlighting important sections and points. 2) Web of trust algorithm code programmed in Java or Python. This must be fully modular, i.e. object oriented class/classes, that I can simply call from my Display results class that will display the existing article, and all existing comments which have passed the web of trust algorithm based on user or site administrator settings. Your bid should reflect the fact that this is not really a full project bid, but a bid on developing a class (if Java) or classes to implement the algorithm. Comments or suggestions are welcome. ## Deliverables I) See above. Summary of article, highlighting points. II) See above. Web of trust algorithm code programmed in Java or Python. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux
