SNMP Java module

I need a program writen in Java, to close and open ports on a switch. The switch does understand SNMP. Its a cisco 3500 switch. I need to be able to define the switch name, or names as there will be more than one switch The program will run on windows History will be saved to a directory, so I can run a billing engine on it to calculate cost The user wants to name the ports with a friendly name Also wants to be able to say how long the port will be open ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
