IPAD2 and pc web based customer database and job system(repost)

We would like to build a web based environment that will be run locally and will enable us to use our Ipad 2s and our PCs to capture and report on our customers and jobs. We have an existing MS access database as a template that we would like to convert to this web application. We have attached the database as a reference. ## Deliverables We would like to build a web based environment that will be run locally and will enable us to use our Ipad 2s and our PCs to capture and report on our customers and jobs. The main functionality is: • To be able to capture new customers on our IPAD 2 or on our pcs via a web page. • To be able to capture new jobs on our IPAD 2 or on our pcs via a web page. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT WE CAN TAKE MULTIPLE PICTURES OF THE JOB WITH THE BUILT IN CAMERA ON THE IPAD 2 OR VIA WEBCAM ON THE PC. • We also want the ability to report on outstanding jobs • We need to be able to list all jobs and be able to filter the status (complete, Outstanding, quoted on etc.) • All reports must be printable from the PCs • The Ipad is just to be used for a capture and lookup device • The system must be able to print the Job card from either the PC or the Ipad. • The system must print the job card as per our spec which is on A5 and double sided. We have a duplex printer. • We also want to be able to use MS access or crystal reports to report on the data directly from the database. • We need to be able to search for a customer or a job from a web page. • Must be a simple web menu for adding or modifying jobs and customers Please not that we also require 2 additional fields to be added to our current forms that are not in the current database that we supplied. The application will not be run over the internet but will stay local over the LAN with cable and Wireless connections. The web services must be able to run on Windows 7 and if possible XP.
