Basic Website Needed for Start-Up Restaurant

Looking for development of a user-friendly website that we can refer customers to when marketing new restaurant. The name of the restaurant is "Bistro By The Beach" and the logo should be done by 5/12. We will send the logo to you at that time to incorporate into the website, and build the color scheme around that logo. We'd like the website to have the capability for us to go in and manage content, post a blog (or video blog). We'd like a menu page, (and we will send to you in PDF format so you won't have to type it all out). Other pages are "Contact Us" (with our address, phone, etc)., "Get Directions" with a link to Google Maps, "Meet the Chef" (where we'll add the content later on with a photo of him), "Make a Reservation" with just a basic form to give Day, Time, and # in party (with an auto-response page once they submit that their reservation, "Upcoming Events" (where we can just add text content), "Gift Cards" (where they can fill in credit card info in a secure way, with their other info), and "Bistro News" (where we can add newsworthy items and have them subscribe to our newsletter). We'd like it to be very sharp looking. Here's something that you can work off of, but please make it different than this, since this restaurant is right down the street.
