I have no prior experience of OJS but I have read their installation and upgrade instructions, and the process you require seems quite straightforward. I am used to giving great attention to detail that this project requires. I would suggest adding an extra step, 3a: Installing on my clients projects server so you can assess the result before updating your server. I would require FTP access to your site and access to your cpanel or equivalent so I can access the database. I have provisionally allowed 5 days as the work involved in doing any repairs under your point 3 cannot be predicted in advance. Please read the reviews of previous work via Freelancer.
