I have started to build the website myself, but have run out of time. So now need a freelancer to finish it for me. Both the Website and CMS is built using SmartyPHP, and needs to be completed to match my visual design. Here is the website I've done so far: [login to view URL] This is the visuals what it needs to look like when finished: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Homepage needs to have an interactive banner / jquery scroller (You'll see I've already started it) Template is responsive so needs testing at both smartphone and tablet sizes.
