I have a wordpress site with with a shopping card plugin installed on it. Everything is working fine we just need one tweak to be implemented. When we enter a value of 0 dollars for a product. Instead of showing zero dollars a link should come up which says "request a quote". Once clicked it should request your Name, email address and/or phone number and then when you submit this form it sends me and email with a link to the product on the website and the email address, name, and phone number of the person who requested a quote.
