We have redesigned a website for a client and we need to rewrite and redirect the old URL's to new redesigned website. The old website is built on cs cart platform and the new website is built on Magento and Wordpress hybrid platform. The website will be changing hosting provider, URL structure, site architecture, content and design and need an experienced SEO, url migration expert with the understanding and limitations of Magento and Wordpress to execute a flawless website migration plan to minimize traffic loss, ranking drops, and to maintain key rankings, and head traffic. We need help in devising a thorough url migration plan with an expert who will plan and execute the following: - Conduct an SEO Audit to determine the rankings - Understand the limitations of the Legacy site and new site architecture - URL Rewrite and Redirect Mapping - How to improve seo limitations of new platforms - Develop alternative or complimentary activities to strengthen the migration plan - canonical tags, .htaccess, mod_rewrite, and ISAPI_Rewrite In your proposal I need you to be able to communicate with me the steps you will be doing so I know you understand the process and procedure to implement a flawless plan.
