Hi, I can start by telling you I have never written a manual for a CRM program.. That said, I have experience in several things that relate: 1- I've been using ACT! CRM for years so I have an idea of what you are aiming for. 2- I write good English and have even a better proofreader that proofs everything I write. 3- I have a background in programming so I should be able to communicate well with your programmer. 4- I have manual design experience. Primarily designing in InDesign and utilizing Photoshop and Illustrator for my photo and graphics work. 5- I can design for any type of output, web or print. PDF or HTML... I'm great at both! 6- Finally, I have written a manual. Not one for anything technical, because the title is "Texas Holdem Bluffing - A Beginners Guide". But it is a how-to manual nonetheless. I am a US resident with extensive web design/development/programming experience. I have successfully created paper format user manuals for companies. Have never done digital format but with my skillset and development tools I am confident that I can easily produce a digital format user manual for your CRM. I am also VERY familiar with CRM systems and how they function as I have used them for over 20 years and developed them as well. Time for this project can be done in four days depending on what areas of the CRM you would like a manual created for. As you know there are a LOT of administrative areas that would take more time to create a manual for. However, if this is just a user experience manual it should not take much time at all. Screenshots and or video capture may be done as well. Video capture may take more time.
