I can start by telling you I have never written a manual for a CRM program.. That said, I have experience in several things that relate:
1- I've been using ACT! CRM for years so I have an idea of what you are aiming for.
2- I write good English and have even a better proofreader that proofs everything I write.
3- I have a background in programming so I should be able to communicate well with your programmer.
4- I have manual design experience. Primarily designing in InDesign and utilizing Photoshop and Illustrator for my photo and graphics work.
5- I can design for any type of output, web or print. PDF or HTML... I'm great at both!
6- Finally, I have written a manual. Not one for anything technical, because the title is "Texas Holdem Bluffing - A Beginners Guide". But it is a how-to manual nonetheless. I can give you a copy for your review if you are interested in taking me on to do your project.
