357660 PHP Simple Website built

I am looking for someone to build a very simple website for me (PHP). One main page and a payment page only. The design has been created, but needs to be build. I also need simple CMS system to give me a way of editing the text of the main page. Paypal needs to be integrated as a payment system. Google analytics tracking code to be added and Google Adword to be listed on the main page. This needs to be setup. The page is for selling an e-book and a DVD version of this, so the e-book and DVD image and links needs to be added to the page. All artword for this already exists.
