143896 PHP Programmer to work on hour

Need Experienced PHP programmer to work on hourly basis I want to build a series of ecommerce and informational websites and need an experienced programmer as follows: -Must be fully conversant with open source shopping carts such as oscommerce, zencart, and CRE Loaded and must know how to install these shopping carts and add modules such as Google Checkout, Paypal, UPS and Fedex Shipping rate calculators etc. Must also be able to configure changes in layout of front end via admin and CSS. - Must be capable of working with readymade commercial front end templates, including the capability to alter text and visuals, change layouts, add pages etc to these templates. - Must be able to add CMS and other content management tools (eg picture gallery editor) to template based websites to create dynamic website - Must have some photoshop and flash editing/design capability to make required changes to readymade web templates from sources such as templatemonster.com. -The ideal candidate should be able to work fast, and should also be part of a team which can offer custom web design, SEO, data entry and other related services, which I will also need going forward.
