Fix a buggy PHP job/e-commerce script

I have a buggy unique job site/e-commerce script that needs to be completely fixed, secured, customized, and integrated onto a new design templates. A list of functionality will be provided showing what needs to be work. The master design template has already been created and there is some light graphic design work that may need to be done as well. This project has long-term employment potential and can be very lucrative for the right freelancer if all goes as planned. What I need from my future programmer: 1. Solid HTML5, PHP & JQuery skills 2. High amount of existing feedback scores on Freelancer (no amatuers or newcomers allowed). 3. Very proficient communication skills in English 4.
