Developing AJAX-REST(Action calls) is my expertise, my company developed one Pharmacovigilance portal that contained few complex screens like 1. Load data from csv/xls into SQL Express DB structure 2. Provide search screen that has slicing/dicing provision 3. Provide first view (tabular/graphical) of data before proceeding for further analysis 4. Finally doing Statistical model analysis based on 3rd party library 5. Giving out results as tabular and graphical (bar and doughnut charts, one Lynn chart) 6. Giving side by side comparison for 2 analysis. This whole project took about 2 months for 3 developers. Our rates are standard 10$ per hour per resource. I propose about 65 person hours of work assuming there are about 1. 5 moderately complex screens for input of information 2. 5 complex screens involving reporting, calculation and tabular/graphical display requirements 3. 2-3 Search criteria screen and result screen 4. Two interfacing requirement with moderate complexity with 3rd party system such as payment gateway or social security integration or 3rd party cloud service integration 5. Any database code done through Entity Framework/LINQ 6. UI will be developed as ASP.NET MVC razor and ajax calls integrated through MVC actions.
