Add elements to an HTML page

I need to add 4 simple elements to this page: [login to view URL] Next to each image (in the empty area) i need 4 icons + text: 1. Download Free Software 2. Visit Site 3. Read Article 4. Send to Friend each icon+text pair is clickable (a href) Notes: a. in some cases, one or more of the elements will be missing so make sure the page design remains the same b. Coder need to save the page + images + CSS to his computer, make the needed changes and send me INSTRUCTIONS OF HOW TO IMPLEMENT THAT. The PHP page is very complex and i do not want to send it to the coder as he will spend hours just to install the app. The final result should be placed next to 2-3 of the images and all 4 icons should link to "#". I will then fix the links and place the result next to all images in the page by myself. c. icons MUST be made from scratch by the coder. Please do not use copyrighted materials unless cleared all needed fees for using them. Questions are welcome, Happy bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform HTMl, CSS
