188429 set up a photography webpage

I am looking to set up a webpage similar to the following link. [login to view URL] It is just a hobby of mine but want a site to post my portfolio, bio, and contact information and a place where clients can come to preview their gallery via password. I will want a back-end built so I can update the website myself. The skills required for the job are Flash, PHP, and MySql. also need advice as to what webhost to use.
