2 Professional Html Templates Required

This is a very easy project for a professional website designer. We require two high quality Html templates with high quality work and images to be created. In the attached file you will see: 1)a main screen with links on left and link to a newsletter on right ([login to view URL]) 2) a newsletter screen with links on left ([login to view URL]) 3) A survey screen with a number of radio buttons ([login to view URL]) 4) A welcome screen with links on the left ([login to view URL]) We require two different,professional html templates to be created. Different color scheme - we will provide headers for two markets so that the winning bidder can start integrating them into the html template. The links and newsletter and survey options are called via php so just something to note when creating the html templates. We will need to integrate these into the site so the templates should take account of these. We require these high quality templates so we can plug our php code into and create niche websites accordingly. Please bid only if: 1) You can provide samples of your work 2) You can provide the number of days we will get the templates in Any creative suggestions will be welcomed - also the website design must use proper Website Design techniques and must load quickly on most browsers. There will be plenty more work for the successful bidder so please ensure to bid properly and also only bid if you can build a long term business relationship. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
