We need a web application that allows the user of our website to create a personalized poster. An example of what we want can be found here: [login to view URL] The poster should have an area to upload a picture and to type in some text. It doesn't need to have the fancy filter for the images as shown in the example. Plain image would be ok. Users could have a couple of font styles (and content) to choose from for the poster. We would also offer the user a view different templates for the poster. Once created the user should be able to download the poster as a portable file or send to their email address. Please include in your PM the info of what script language you would use and why.
