Need Website Redesigned

My current website needs a facelift. [login to view URL] is the site. Looking for something more streamlined with thin sharp lines. Black and green color. All pages will remain. Need to add :Admin Your Server: to the menu or somewhere easily visible on the site. This will be a rcon php control panel. I have the program but it will need skinned to fit the site and may need tweaked. The "forums" will need skinned to the new site design as well. Flatliners is the name so Flat-Liners will need changed. Intro will need some work as well. So, if you can redesign my site please bid.
