Joomla Expert Needed! Current website into Joomla conversion

The project is simple, I need a Joomla Expert for this job! This work has to be done amazingly well and besides that extremely fast!! The site that needs to be converted is [login to view URL], it has to look exactly the same in Joomla. But one big note though, the site is completely in flash and I don't have access to PSD or Flash files. I need to have this task completed on saturday or sunday!! If you do this project good and cheap (because right now my budget is low), I will give you two things. 1) Better paying projects and 2) A very good review.
