Dynamic Flash Website Design

The project is to create a Flash website that will be the merge of 2 different sites in regards to styles and functionality. The sites are very simple, and the text effects. Media player , and other advanced flash functionality will be provided by components we have purchased to provide this functionality. The project will be a website for a clothing store; the color palette should be Black & Gold The main look of the website should be based on the following website. <[login to view URL]>both in regards to look and functionality, this entry sites supports different styles of intro’s Video, Pictures etc. (“depending on the link where you do the mouse over??) The interface should support multi language, and all the text, menus and assets (pictures, videos, Music, Sounds, Url addresses for links ect) should be loaded into the flash movie from .XML files. NO text , Image, URL or menu should be hardcoded in to the movie. Absolutely everything should be builded from .xml files where the movie will be reading from. Some of the components to embed the functionality we want will be purchased by us from the following company: <[login to view URL]> to ease the development of the site and speed up delivery time. The other site we have to merge into this concept is: <[login to view URL]> we will like the clothes collection album to be something like in the closed site. Everything should be clean, stylish and simple. Where the user should always know where he is and should find its way back if needed. I hope this description of the project is enough to get a quotation for this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash, so it will run on an iis 6.0 server
