Wordpress Plugin

This plugin is for a new website designed to be used as a solution for document management, utilising wordpress as a back-end. We aim to make this as truly simple as possible by assigning each client an individual category upon signing up. Using tags to organise documents and standard wordpress back-end to manage the customer experience. All of the information you need to create the plugin will be provided by process maps. A mock-up site has been created to give visual clues of what we are looking to achieve. In its most basic form the plugin will customise the permissions of four types of users; 1. Client, 2. Administrator, 3. Manager, 4. Director. (Explained in more detail below.) But first please note this is at alpha stage and we are looking for a developer who is able to provide ongoing development as the business grows. Furthermore somebody who is happy to contribute their expertise to our fairly good knowledge of wordpress. That being said here's what we need now. Please attached process maps to explain further. Currently there is a mock-up site which explains the process maps somewhat. We will be using the Thesis theme to build the site. (Link available on request) The plugin also needs to incorporate a standard sign-up procedure including a branded email confirmation, explained in client process map. You can separate this into a separate plugin if you think necessary. Feel free to ask any questions -the more the better! ## Deliverables Complete Wordpress Plugin To Requirements. In order of permissions; 1. Client - This is someone who will be paying for a monthly service, all they can see is one category which is assigned to them and the tags which organise their documents and of course their documents. Each document is a post with an image attached. 2. Administrator -Admins have groups of categories assigned to them in the back-end of wordpress and will be uploading documents as posts and tagging these as necessary. They can also leave comments (which clients can not see). 3. Manager - These users will be assigned categories also having the same permissions as admins plus can create admins. Their primary role is to customer relationship manage and checking work of admins. 4. Director - Has full control of wordpress back-end and creating managers plus all other permissions. ## Platform Wordpress.
