We are starting a gourmet chocolate store and we are looking for a two page website design. I have already created a prototype at www.petitedesserts.com. The pages should be almost identicle to our prototype including colors and font. To get an idea of the over all style we are trying to acheive you can also reference [login to view URL] REQUIREMENTS: [login to view URL] 1) Should look as close to possible as our prototype. 2) If I extend put more text or photo in the body it should automatically be able to extend downward without loosing the graceful look of the site. 3) Please use chocolate images instead of pastry images. You can use any of our images located in our /images/ directory on our website. 4) The navigation menu must be text [links *NOT* an image as it currently is. 5) All html must be well written and organized so if I open it with vi/notepad it will be easy for me to edit it manually. [1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
