New website and ongoing maintenance of website

Hi there Thanks for looking at our auction.? ? We are a property development company based in London, UK. Our existing website is www.ukpropertyspecialist.com. Our business model has recently changed - so we are now needing this website to host properties that we have for sale as opposed to the content rich site it is now.? We're are wanting a website that appears very professional and has bit of flash etc on the homepage, although it also needs to be SEO friendly.? The relationship we are looking to build with whoever does this work is a long term relationship whereby the coder/programmer will maintain and amend the website on an ongoing basis, so there will be a monthly retainer fee/income on offer here. Please bear this in mind when bidding.? The site ideally needs to host between 5 - 15 properties for sale. This obviously needs to be scalable, in order to cater for growth. We/you will ideally need to be able to login to the backend of the site in order to update and/or amend any properties that are listed etc.?
