Graphic design of corporate web site

We need a graphic design proposal to be supplied to our HTML+CSS programmers for a company devoted to Landscape & Garden design. Only 4 screens are required in this bid. HTML+CSS will be acomplished in a future bid request. The 4 areas to design are: - Home page - About us (About the company) - Blog (Garden design blog) - Projects (Project list with a photo of each project linked with a project description page) Design must include: - Breadcrums area - Low end text area: About us, legal information, contact, site map, ... - We'd like a combination mix of web 2.0 design concepts with a classic garden/landscaping look&feel site. Home page must also include a short company description, one blog entry and one project done by the company. Design must use and follow the supplied company logo attached in the bid request zip file IMPORTANT: We will only consider bids enclosing a low res proposal for the site design to have an idea of designer capabilities and ideas on this special area design. Please don't bid if you don't agree with this and believe you musn't do any work/proposal before being accepted. Of course we compromise of not using this proposal at all, if bid is not accepted. We'd like to get a site that shows a traditional look&feel of artistic websites (it is a Garden & Landscape design company) and also web 2.0 simple color concepts. We wouldn't like flash in our site, but some small animation with flash or DHTML (better) will be appreciated.
